An innovative and strategic technology executive, Simon has been instrumental in helping companies transform their product development initiatives and go-to-market strategies. Throughout his tenure as a software executive, he has successfully led cross-functional development teams in the areas of AI and machine learning, cybersecurity, workflow automation, natural language processing and chatbots, knowledge management, analytics, RPA, and cloud integrations. Simon has successfully brought to market creative functional solutions for Financial Process Automation, Banking and Finance, IT Service Management and Human Capital Management.

Simon has led the product management initiative at a number of start-ups and large enterprises. Most recently Simon was VP of Product Management at Calamu, a start-up focusing on introducing an innovative approach to protecting data storage against cybersecurity threats. Previously Simon worked at ADP (the world’s largest Payroll and HCM platform) to introduce innovative solutions for customer service automation. Simon has led the product management efforts at a number of other software platforms including RightAnswers and Information Builders. Simon has worked in a range of industries, specifically financial services and enterprise technology and started his career on Wall Street working for Citibank in their Funds Transfer Operations.

Simon is a graduate of Columbia University with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance and International Business. Simon is a former US High School Chess Champion and is a National Chess Master. Simon was born in Kiev, Ukraine and is fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian.
