Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership. TranscendAP’s VP Software Development Mark Dos Santos has built and led high-performing global teams, delivered enterprise-scale solutions, and driven innovation across both startup and corporate environments.

Before joining the company, TranscendAP’s VP Software Development Mark Dos Santos served as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Upland Software and previously held engineering leadership roles at RightAnswers Inc., where he architected and guided development of an award-winning enterprise knowledge management and search platform. His technical and strategic leadership were instrumental in RightAnswers’ growth and successful acquisition by Upland Software, where he continued to advance the platform and lead global engineering initiatives.

Mark’s expertise spans cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and software delivery excellence, supported by a hands-on background in many modern technologies. His role at TranscendAP, where he serves as their VP Software Development, enables him to deliver secure, scalable, and impactful software products.

Mark graduated with honors in Computer Systems Analysis from Sheridan College, a leading Canadian institution recognized for its excellence in applied technology education. His educational background further strengthens his position in TranscendAP Software Development as a VP.
