Q: Is this webinar really free?
A: Yes, completely free with no obligations.

Q: When should I expect my Uber Eats gift card?
A: To receive your gift card, simply register for this webinar and attend on the day of the webinar. Upon completion of the webinar we will send your gift card to the work email address you provided.

Q: Why did I not receive my Uber Eats gift card?
A: You may not have received your gift card if:

  • The work email provided was not authentic to a school or a legitimate business.
  • The job title you provided was not accurate and could not be verified in the staff directory.
  • Other inaccuracies found are at TranscendAP’s discretion.
  • You did not attend the webinar in full on February 25th, 2026 from 12pm-1pm
  • You have attended multiple webinars previously.

Q: What if I can’t attend live?
A: Register anyway! We’ll send all registrants a recording of the webinar

Q: We don’t use Banner. Is this still relevant?
