Jeff Weinstein

An experienced executive and entrepreneur, Jeff has led many enterprise software companies in varied stages of development including startups, turnarounds, high growth firms, and publicly traded corporations. He has vast expertise in growing organizations to be leaders in their market, and in the process, developing lasting relationships with clients and great career experiences for coworkers that join the journey.
Throughout his tenure as a technology executive, Jeff has successfully led teams in the areas of AI and machine learning, as well as HR compliance, human capital management, data security, e-commerce, and customer relationship management.
Prior to TranscendAP, Jeff was President and CEO of RightAnswers (knowledge management and customer service; five years on Inc. 5000 list), President and COO at Calamu (data security innovator), Chief Growth Officer at Traliant (learning management and HR compliance; listed as one of the Inc. 500 fastest growing firms in the US), President of Valiant (Payroll and HR software leader for the security workforce), and Chief Revenue Officer Strategic Network Design (recognized leader in solutions that drive CRM effectiveness).
Jeff earned an MBA from Monmouth University in Accounting and a BS in Chemistry and Computer Science from Alfred University. He is passionate about getting involved with his community and helping the entrepreneurial ecosystem grow. Jeff volunteers as Executive in Residence at Monmouth University where he is engaged in mentoring students, guest lecturing, and supporting the administration on their strategic initiatives. In further support of entrepreneurial community, Jeff is a Senior Mentor Techlaunch, a NJ Based Technology Incubator, limited Partner in NJ Tech Council Venture Fund, and Member of the New Jersey Economic Development Advisory Approval Team.
Supporting the community where he lives, Jeff is a current elected member and former President of the Ocean Township Board of Education, and is Chairperson of the Ocean Township Planning Board.
On a personal note, Jeff loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys playing tennis, golf… and pickleball too.
